Director

Samantha Jackson is a dynamic young educator and the guiding force behind the 876 Resilience Foundation. With teaching experience at Hillel Academy International School, Hillside Primary and Infant School, and now St. Thomas Technical High School, she has supported students from both urban and rural backgrounds

At St. Thomas Technical, Samantha works closely with children from deeply rural communities—helping them build confidence, self-worth, and academic strength.

Her degree in Communication Arts and Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech) equips her with the creativity and communication skills needed to effectively engage communities.

Her leadership ensures that the Foundation operates with compassion, professionalism, and a clear understanding of Jamaica’s social realities.
